The problem
AI travel advice is often wrong.
In a survey of 485 US travelers who use AI to plan trips, 55% had at least one bad recommendation. Some of what they got:
got wrong prices or opening hours
were sent to a place that doesn’t exist
were sent to a business that had closed for good
Source: Greetwell survey, August 2026, reported by Stacker. In another survey, 16.2% of travelers said they had lost money by trusting AI (Send My Bag, October 2026). Both are self-reported surveys; Eden didn’t run them.
How it will work
Plan, check, approve.
Five steps, from the first idea to the person waiting at arrivals.
- 01 · PLAN
Plan together
Tell Eden where, when and who’s coming. It drafts the days with the travel time between stops.
- 02 · CHECK
Checked by EVES
EVES (Eden’s verification and evaluation system) checks hours, closures and prices, and shows each source and when it checked.
- 03 · APPROVE
You approve
Eden’s changes show as a preview. Nothing changes until you apply them, and booked items stay locked.
- 04 · BOOK
Book with a check
Before you pay for a flight, Eden checks the fare and details again and asks you to confirm.
- 05 · SHARE
Track and share
Follow your flight on the day, and send a link to whoever is picking you up.
Why Eden
Built to be right, not to sell you a room.
What Ask Eden Travel is being built to do differently.
Facts with sources
Each opening hour, price and travel time says where it came from and when it was checked. When sources disagree, you see that too.
Your plan stays yours
Every change Eden suggests is a preview you apply or skip, and you can undo it. A log shows what changed and why.
One place for the group
Plan the days together, vote on the options and split the costs, without a cap on how many expenses you add.
Flights
Checked before you pay.
These come after the planner opens. We haven’t set dates yet.
Coming later
Book flights in your plan
Before you pay, Eden checks the fare again and reads back the names, dates, airports, bags and change rules. It flags anything that clashes with your plan, like landing after your hotel’s check-in closes. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Coming later
A link for whoever picks you up
Send a web page with your flight’s live status and about when you’ll be out at the curb. It opens in any browser, no app needed.
Every fact in your plan will say where it came from and when it was checked.
